Who I Am
I'm a former social worker, correctional officer, prison behavioral health counselor, and crime analyst.
This background gives me something most consultants don't have: I've worked inside these systems, so I understand the reality of managing data, reporting requirements, and trying to demonstrate impact with limited time and resources.
I started Applied Justice Solutions because I was tired of seeing organizations struggle with data they didn't understand, collecting information they'd never use, and trying to meet funder requirements that felt impossible with their current resources.
My approach is simple:
- I don't speak in jargon
- I don't create 50-page reports nobody will read
- I don't design systems that make your team want to quit
Instead, I help you figure out what data actually matters, build processes that work long-term, and tell your impact story in ways that secure funding and improve programs.
