As a former Social Worker, Correctional Officer, Prison Behavioral Health Counselor, and Crime Analyst, I understand the challenges of managing data and utilizing it to inform decisions, crafting engaging reports, evaluating programs, and keeping on top of training and professional development while being dedicated to community service. It is a constant balancing act, with other matters often taking precedence. 

That is where I come to play. Drawing from a background enriched by firsthand experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in leveraging data within people-centric environments. Success often lies in strategic planning and cutting through the noise.
